Craig Howard recently sat down with WXXI to talk about the services at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The executive director gives an overview of the services provided at the facility for the 20,000 veterans that use it.
The way the facility in Canandaigua has been used since 2007, when Howard took the helm, has changed. Most notably, the addition of several national call centers, including the Veterans Crisis Line.
