Monroe County on Saturday reported 173 new cases of COVID-19. The seven-day rolling average of new cases is 175 new cases per day.
The COVID-19 seven-day average positivity rate for the Finger Lakes stands at 2.77%, the highest infection rate of any region in the state.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo said on Saturday that the statewide seven-day average positivity rate has dropped to 1.18%, the lowest since Oct. 19, 40 straight days of decline in that number.
In terms of COVID-19 vaccinations, the percentage of all New Yorkers with at least one vaccine dose is 49.6%. The percentage of New Yorkers with the completed series is 41.3%.
In Monroe County, the number of people with at least one vaccine dose is 52.8%.
