Monroe County saw another decline in the number of daily, new cases of COVID-19. On Friday, the county reported 61 new cases. The 7-day rolling average of new cases is 92 new cases per day.
The statewide 7-day positivity rate as of Friday was .76%. Governor Andrew Cuomo says that is the lowest rate since August 29.
The Finger Lakes region still has the highest 7-day average positivity rate, but on Friday it did dip below 2%, coming in at 1.87%.
The number of all New Yorkers who have had at least one vaccine dose is 53%.
The number of all New Yorkers with the completed vaccine series is 45.1%.
In the Finger Lakes region, the number of residents with at least one vaccine dose is 53.5% and the number of residents with the completed series is 46.8%.
