On Wednesday, two press conferences in Rochester addressed the death of Daniel Prude. Prude is a Black man, and his family says he was suffocated by police during a mental hygiene call in March. Prude's brother joined local activists for a press conference Wednesday morning. Following that, Mayor Lovely Warren and Rochester Police Chief La'Ron Singletary addressed the public.
We re-aired those press conferences and discuss what is known about Prude's death. Rochester CITY Newspaper reporter Jeremy Moule joins the conversation.
