Monroe County lawmakers have until December 9, essentially, to register their complaints or new ideas with the county budget proposed by County Executive Maggie Brooks. Democrat & Chronicle columnist Dave Andreatta pointed out on Sunday that oddly, the GOP almost never changes a thing, and the Democrats are powerless. We've invited the Brooks administration to join us, but they declined, so that leaves us with our panel of Dave Andreatta and County Legislature Minority Leader Carrie Andrews.
