It will be a very busy Friday for Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren. At 11:00 a.m. at City Hall she presents her first budget. It’s for the 2014-15 fiscal year and Warren has to try and close a projected $28 million shortfall.
After the presentation, she is scheduled to highlight Bike Week by riding a bicycle from City Hall to First Federal Plaza.
At that building, she will rappel down the side of the building as part of a fundraising campaign by the Boy Scouts Seneca Waterways Council.
