It's graduation season, but for Rochester city school students, that means more disappointment than success. Rochester retains a graduation rate below 50%. The at-risk student population needs, quite simply, a lot of help and intervention. Hillside Work-Scholarship is a program that seeks to raise graduation and employment rates. On the show, we have four students in the program to talk about why so many students drop out in Rochester, and what this program is doing to help.
