The Monroe County Department of Health reported 23 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday.
Eleven of the newly confirmed cases were people between the ages of 20 and 30.
Of the 3517 confirmed cases, 76 people are hospitalized. Ten patients are in the ICU on a ventilator.
The health department says it has received over 69,671 test results so far.
There were no new deaths reported. In all, 269 people have died from the illness.
