Lollypop Farm is holding its second community pet care event of the year from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hochstein School, 50 N. Plymouth Ave.
The events are meant to provide resources such as pet food, supplies, and educational information to pet owners throughout the region. Representatives from Lollypop's staff and veterinary teams will be on-site to answer questions and help connect people with programs and services.
They'll also be administering vaccines for free while supplies last, but for cats only and on a first-come-first-served basis. Lollypop requires all cats to be in a carrier, crate, or safe enclosure.
Lollypop has also scheduled community pet care events with vaccines for dogs for Sept. 3 at Connected Communities and Oct. 6 at The People's Pantry.
