Rochester firefighters rushed to respond to a five alarm fire late Sunday night at the Pallet Express building on Lyell Avenue near Glide Street.
Crews arrived on the scene shortly before 11:30 p.m. Photos shared with WXXI News around 1 a.m. show heavy fire and smoke persisted into Monday morning.
The fire department confirms the building was empty at the time so no one was injured, and there is no danger of the fire spreading to nearby buildings.
