Thomson Reuters has confirmed it will be closing its offices in Rochester.
A spokesperson confirmed the closing of their offices in the Aqueduct Building on Broad Street.
In a statement the company said "Thomson Reuters routinely looks at ways to run our global business operations more efficiently. This disciplined approach sometimes includes reviews of our real estate portfolio to best balance our internal resources with the needs of our customers in a highly competitive environment."
It was not released how many jobs will be affected locally.
