Victims Identified In Woodward St. Shooting

Rochester Police have now identified 5 people shot at a house party early Saturday morning.

The two people who were killed are identified as 34 year old Herbert Thomas and 36 year old John Rudolph. Thomas reportedly is also a cousin of Monroe County Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell.

Those who survived are: 24 year old Elizabeth Washington, 25 year old Shauquanda Moody  and 26 year old Imani Williams.  

All of those victims are from Rochester. Police did not immediately explain why they released only 5 names. They have said there was a total of 6 victims, including the 2 who were killed.

Meantime the suspect in the case, 30 year old William James of Rochester was arraigned Monday on a 2nd degree murder charge, and entered a not guilty plea.
