More deadly violence in Rochester. It happened around 4:30 Saturday morning on the north side.
Rochester Police now say that a total of 6 people were shot, and 2 have died.
The shooting happened during a house party at 36 Woodward Street between North and Scio Streets.
The number of shootings in the city has been on the rise this year.
Rochester City Councilman Adam McFadden told Time Warner Cable news that he is, "Hurting for my city. We just seem to not be able to move past violence and guns. We have a real problem on our hands when you're a young person in your 20s and the leading cause of death is homicide, people should be worried about that."
Part of that area was blocked off to traffic Saturday morning.
