The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority is asking customers to participate in a brief online survey about local bus service.
RGRTA and 16 other transit agencies across the U.S. are involved in the survey which has 20 questions that ask about key aspects of transit service and how it's used by customers. Officials say you don't have to be a frequent bus rider to take the survey, and they say it takes about five minutes.
