The Town of Irondequoit is pursuing legal action against the president of the Monroe County Chiefs of Police Association and Brockport Police Chief Daniel Varrenti.
The town says Varrenti worked out a questionable deal when he was hired by the Village of Brockport ten years ago.
WXXI's Carlet Cleare reports the alleged deal may have cost Irondequoit taxpayers close to $150,000 and the town wants that money back.
