Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says that reestablishing American leadership around the world is as essential as it's ever been.
Clinton made those comments Monday during an appearance at Syracuse University.

The former senator from New York, fielded several questions from students and advised them to become involved in the political process. And she took a jab at the gridlock in Washington, saying politicians “do great damage” when they act like ideology is more important than the facts.
