Xerox is acquiring a Florida-based software company called " LearnSomething. '
LearnSomething provides services to 85 percent of all U.S. retail pharmacy chains. Food and drug retailers use the company's software to help them with industry information and compliance programs.
Xerox officials say the acquisition broadens their offerings to the food, drug and healthcare industries.
