Wegmans again has achieved a top ranking in the annual Fortune Magazine 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
The company ranked #3 this year. Last year it was 2. Wegmans has been among the top 10 companies on the list for 16 of the 22 years it’s been around and is one of eight companies on the list every year since it first began.
This year, the 1 ranked company was Hilton, and 2 was the software company, Salesforce.
The list is based on survey feedback from employees.

Customers and employees will celebrate the honor on Saturday, February 16, at 11 a.m. when cake will be served at every Wegmans store. For customers who prefer a healthy option, Clementine tangerines will be available.
