Emily Russell is the Adirondack reporter and assistant news director at North Country Public Radio.

Mitch was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ, but for most of the past thirty years has lived in the Rochester area. He is fluent in Chinese and was for many years the pastor of a local Chinese church in Penfield. He has also served in pastoral ministry in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and Chicago. He was part of the small team of interpreters who hosted a business delegation from China during their visit to Rochester about ten years ago.

Robert Braden is the Technical Producer & Board Op for Connections with Evan Dawson. He also works on many other projects and has been a technical producer and audio engineer for live and pre-recorded shows along with all aspects of audio production/post-production for local and nationally syndicated radio and television programs at WXXI.

Mary Hussong-Kallen has been a volunteer at WXXI in various areas since 2008, beginning with Reachout Radio. She's also been a long-time volunteer with the League of Women Voters, several libraries, and her church. She holds a B.S. in English literature and accounting, as well as an MPA degree.

Myer Lee is a news intern for WXXI, and a graduate student at Syracuse University.
