The Rochester Museum and Science Center has named a new President & CEO.
Hillary Olson, who is an Ogden native and Brockport High School graduate, comes to the RMSC after more than 24 years working at science museums and other learning institutions around the U.S.
Olson most recently was in Milwaukee, where she was Vice President of Audience and Community Engagement at the Milwaukee Public Museum.
She takes over the leadership reins from Kate Bennett, who has been the RMSC President & CEO for 22 years.
Olson and Bennett will work together in the coming months, with Bennett working on special fundraising projects for the museum.
Olson begins her new job in November.
