The Victor Board of Education on Thursday appointed Dennis Ford to serve as interim superintendent.
Ford will serve as the Victor Central School District searches for a successor to Superintendent Dawn Santiago-Marullo, who will retire in July.
According to the district, Ford has 45 years of education experience, including 21 years as a superintendent in Amherst, Depew and Akron.
Ford began his career as an English teacher in the Newark Central School District in Wayne County.
