Rochester Gas & Electric was busy late Wednesday afternoon with some power outages. The largest one involved nearly 4000 customers in Webster. A spokesman tells WXXI News it's related to a problem at a substation on Hard Road.
They were back on line by about 6pm
There were also scattered outages around the area, and NYSEG had about 400 outages reported in Livingston County.
