One of the world's most powerful leaders just came to the U.S. on a five-day tour, and you'd think it never happened. Not much buzz or coverage, despite NarendraModi's focus on women's rights, alleviating poverty, and more. So who is Modi? Only the newly elected leader of India. Does he care about pollution, climate change? What about his relationship with the United States? Here in Rochester, the largest base of foreign students are from India.
