Frontier Communications has named three executives to lead its Rochester operations and sales.
They include Bill Carpenter, who has been named General Manager of the company's Rochester East Operations. Most recently, Carpenter was Director of Operations for the Monroe County Water Authority and he previously served nine terms as Town of Pittsford Supervisor.
Robert Smith was promoted to Area General Manager of Rochester West Operations; He has been with Frontier since 2008.
and Trent Bridges has been named Director of Commercial Sales. He joined Frontier in 2007 and most recently was General Manager for the Rochester Metro Market.
