A Florida teen, detained at by Customs officials at the Peace Bridge, now awaits an extradition hearing. The teen is considered a person of interest in connection with the death of his grandmother.

Officials at the Buffalo office of US Customs and Border Protection say 15-year-old Logan Mott remains in custody. He was detained on a warrant for grand theft auto Friday after he made a U-turn on the Peace Bridge and was subsequently questioned at an inspections booth. Officials say Mott was alone in the car and was taken into custody without incident.
His grandmother, 53-year-old Kristina French, was found buried in a shallow grave in Neptune Beach, Florida. Mott has not yet been charged in his grandmother's death.
For now, he's being held by Buffalo Police.
