Firefighters battled a fire at a popular Canandaigua restaurant early Thursday morning.
Several fire companies were called to the scene of the fire at Nolan’s restaurant on South Main Street shortly after 5:00 a.m.
Nolan’s is located near the New York Wine and Culinary Center and the Canandaigua City Pier.
The building was heavily damaged.
South Main Street in Canandaigua is expected to remain closed for much of the day.
