One person died, and about a dozen others injured after an accident Monday morning in Mount Morris.
Livingston County Deputies say that three vehicles were involved, including commercial passenger van that held 13 people.
They say the van, which was carrying tourists from China, was traveling south on Route 36 when it crossed into the northbound lane, hitting a car head on.
The driver of that car, 67 year old Susan Migliore of Nunda was pronounced dead at the scene. Her car was hit from behind by an SUV.
The van passengers were taken to Strong Hospital for treatment. At least one of those passengers had serious injuries.
The driver of the SUV was not seriously injured. The investigation into the accident is still going on.
