The Color Run brought thousands of people to downtown Rochester on Saturday morning.
Called by its organizers the “Happiest 5k on the Plant,” it celebrates health, happiness and individuality.
Officials say it is now the single largest event series in the U.S., with more than 170 events in more than 30 countries last year.
In these races, runners are showered with colored powder at stations along the run.
The Color Run, is a for profit company which partners with charities. Locally, they partnered with the group "Teens Living With Cancer.”
