The Monroe County Clerk’s Office has a new online system for making an appointment at area DMV offices.
County Clerk Adam Bello says that starting today, Department of Motor Vehicles’ customers visiting offices operated by the county clerk will be able to make appointments online at: monroedmv.setmore.com
Bello says DMV customers can make an appointment at any one of the three permanent motor vehicles offices in Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta.
Area residents who have an appointment will check in at a special line at the customer information desk, have their paperwork reviewed, and will then be given a number to enable them to be seen by the next available customer service person. He says that should happen within 5 to 10 minutes of your arrival.
Bello, who was appointed to the clerk’s job by Governor Cuomo earlier this year, and is facing an election challenge from Republican Cheryl Rozzi in November, says this is all part of an effort to improve customer service.
