When we think of Native Americans, we tend to think of a past culture, not a vibrant and adaptive modern population. On October 24, the Seneca Art and Culture Center at Ganondagan will open to the public. The facility is a year-round center that will showcase the past and the present. We preview the grand opening and explore the center's mission: telling the story of the Seneca and Haudenosaunee contributions to art, culture, and society for more than 2,000 years. Our guests:
- Peter Jemison, historic site manager, Ganondagan
- Michael Galban, Ganondagan historian
