The filling of the Inner Loop is underway. It’s been touted as a project that can transform downtown Rochester, most notably the East End that has been split by the below-grade highway. What is a project that could transform the community you live in? There are many projects in communities in and around Rochester that can be considered “transformative” and the Rochester Regional Community Design Center (RRCDC) will honor those during the Reshaping Rochester Awards taking place on December 2. We will talk about the projects and finalists with RRCDC Executive Director Joni Monroe and Creative Consultant Roger Brown.
