New York State Republican Chairman Ed Cox talks to Karen DeWitt of New York State Public Radio and Casey Seiler of the Times Union about what Donald Trump needs to do at the national convention. Cox, the son-in-law of President Richard Nixon, also shares memories of his first convention during the turbulence of 1968, and discusses tactics to boost participation by minorities.
