The Rochester City School District is holding a series of meet and greets with new Superintendent Eric Rosser.
This first is scheduled for Monday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Loretta Johnson Middle School, 200 Genesee St. No registration is required. Requests for interpretation can be directed to the city school board’s office.
A spokesperson with the district says the event is an opportunity to ask the incoming superintendent questions, share thoughts, and hear more about his vision.
Rosser comes to Rochester from Poughkeepsie City Schools. The Rochester Board of Education appointed Rosser to the role of superintendent in March. His term begins in July.
Additional events are scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on May 27 at Dr. Freddie Thomas Middle School, 625 Scio St., and for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 14 at Jefferson Campus, 1 Edgerton Park.
