Members of the Rochester Voter Alliance are working to increase the number of registered voters living in poor city neighborhoods.
That's where the group of community and faith-based members say voter registration tends to be low.
Barbara Grosh, director of the League of Women Voters, says the alliance plans to continue its efforts to bring up voter participation through October.
