Connections: Summer of Food - The Decline Of Cereal

Our Summer of Food series continues with a discussion about cereal. By many measures, cereal consumption is in decline. Is it the curse of John Harvey Kellogg, creator of the Corn Flake, and a man who wanted food and life to be bland? Or are we simply shifting to different kinds of cereal, less processed, at least marginally more healthy?
