Wegmans has again topped the list of the Best Workplaces In Retail by the research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.
For the second straight year, Wegmans ranked #1. The 2nd and 3rd spots were taken by convenience store chain QuikTrip and Publix Supermarkets.
The survey looks at responses from employees in the retail sector, considering more than 50 factors that shape their work experience.
Among the factors the survey cited for Wegmans were workplace scheduling, empowerment of employees, and internal promotions.
