Time Warner says some of its Road Runner email customers are still having issues. There were reports last week about sporadic problems affecting residential users of Road Runner email accounts.
A company spokesman issued a statement Monday saying that they have identified an issue with the email system that is still affecting about 10 percent of active Road Runner email users. Time Warner says it is working around the clock to resolve this issue.
This issue first was identified on Jun 11. The company says that while they have taken several measures to resolve this issue, they’ve been unable to permanently fix the issue at this time.
Time Warner internet customers who do not use a Road Runner email address are not affected by this problem.
