(AP) A lawsuit claims the late creator of legendary radio dramas like "Dick Tracy'' was duped into putting the bulk of his $100 million estate into a charitable trust controlled solely by his longtime lawyer.

The suit claims Himan Brown instead wanted the money go to an organization he founded to promote radio theater.

The radio producer died in New York City in 2010 at the age of 99.

The suit claims attorney Richard L. Kay exploited Brown, who was 94 when he signed documents creating the trust.

Kay's lawyer disputes that Brown was victimized, and says this is the latest in a series of court challenges over the producer's fortune.

Brown was a longtime producer of the CBS Radio Mystery Theatre.
