The President and CEO of the Rochester Business Alliance, Sandy Parker, is retiring. Parker, who has held those posts since 2005, will retire effective next January.
She took over leadership of the organization following the merger of the Industrial Management Council and the Chamber of Commerce.
Parker said, “I certainly have mixed emotions about leaving Rochester Business Alliance. However, I am proud of what the organization has become. We clearly have put a ‘stake in the ground’ to establish RBA as the ‘Voice of Business’ for our region at the state and local levels. RBA has a terrific team in place to carry on that work for our members.”
A search committee chaired by Home Properties President and CEO Edward Pettinella has started the process to find Parker’s successor.
