Can we help teens by teaching them financial literacy?

In high school, not everyone is taught how to budget, manage debt, or understand basic financial literacy. But in two Monroe County Schools, students are learning just that — albeit in very different ways.

Now there’s a push from local lawmakers to make financial literacy part of the curriculum for all students in New York state.
