Monroe County Public Defender Julie Cianca joins us to discuss bail reform, criminal justice, and the work her office does.

Cianca came into the job during a particularly rancorous time in county government. Her advocates say she has brought stability to the office.

This hour, she talks about what she thinks the public defender's office needs next.
