There are some management changes going on at one of Rochester’s larger ad agencies.

Partners + Napier, has announced that Courtney Cotrupe, who is currently the president of the company, has been promoted to CEO.

The current CEO, Sharon Napier, who founded the agency 15 years ago, will assume the role of chair and founder. And a statement says that Napier will continue to play an active role in the company.

Cotrupe has been with the agency since the start, and was promoted to president two years ago.  Napier said that, “Growth always brings change…good change, “ and she says that Cotrupe has the “vision, ideas and smarts” to lead the agency.

The company says that Partners + Napier has seen three consecutive years of double-digit growth.

Partners + Napier also announced the hiring of Rob Kottkamp as chief creative officer. He joins the agency from a Boston advertising agency, MullenLowe.
