Monroe County has 147 new COVID-19 cases; positivity rate at 2.6%

Monroe County reported 147 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.  There were no new deaths.

The seven-day rolling average of new cases is 198 new cases per day.

The seven-day rolling average positivity rate is at 2.6%. It has edged up to that level in the last couple of days.

There are 176 people hospitalized; 43 of them in the ICU.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that more than 10.5 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in New York state.

The governor says 33.8% of New Yorkers have received one dose of the vaccine, 21.2% have received the completed series.

In the Finger Lakes, 35.8% of the population have received one dose of the vaccine, and 22.9% have received the completed series.
