The latest numbers on COVID-19 in Monroe County show 52 new confirmed cases as of Saturday. Those cases range in age from young people between 10 and 19 to a woman in her 100s.
There were 3 new deaths since Friday, bringing the total number of deaths to 191.
Of the 2,629 confirmed cases, 168 people are hospitalized. 14 of the 168 are in the ICU on a ventilator.
There have been 1,584 individuals recovered from isolation so far. That number reflects both confirmed positive cases for the coronavirus and known presumed positive cases.
The three-day average of daily testing being done in Monroe County is currently at 1,610 per day. That number includes both the PCR test to see if someone has coronavirus as well as antibody testing.
