Art & Economic Development In Downtown Rochester

On this segment on Need to Know we’ll get an inside look at the plans and what’s happening right now with this downtown redevelopment effort. Guests joining the conversation include: Rochester City Councilmember Elaine Spaull, Executive Vice President at Conifer Realty Andy Crossed, and Senior Community Housing Planner for the City of Rochester Kevin Kelley.
