Irondequoit Police have charged two Rochester men in connection with a deadly shooting that happened on East Ridge Road on January 6 in the area of Carter Street and Hudson Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the incident and details about just who was firing weapons is still being sorted out.
Police say the suspects and victims were involved in a dispute in the city of Rochester and subsequently traveled into the town of Irondequoit.
A passenger, Enrique Vallone, 37, was killed. The male driver with Vallone was taken to the hospital for non life threatening injuries
Police have now charged 27 year old Joseph Hulsizer and 26 year old Gabriel Cruz with 2nd degree murder and attempted murder.
Both men are being held without bail.
