Wegmans Recalls Potentially Contaminated Fruit
Wegmans has issued a voluntary recall of some fruit that may be contaminated with listeria.
The company is removing from its stores organic and non-organic peaches, nectarines and black plums distributed by a California-based packing company.
Routine testing showed that the fruit had potential listeria contamination, but no illnesses have been reported. The fruit was sold under the brand name Sweet 2 Eat.
