A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Webster late Thursday afternoon.
Police say a 77-year-old man was walking on the shoulder of Holt Road near Shoemaker Road when he was hit by a vehicle that drifted off the road and into a snowbank.
Police say the man died at the scene.
It's not clear yet what made the driver lose control of her car.
