Record Rainfall on Tuesday

Yesterday's rainfall in Rochester was a record breaker.
The National Weather Service reports 2.64 inches of rain fell on Tuesday, shattering the previous record of 1.37 inches, set way back in 1873.
The heavy rains caused plenty of problems on area roadways.
On Union Street at an underpass near the Public Market, two cars were submerged.
