The long-standing Canandaigua Lake Art Show will continue this summer, put on by festival promoter, Beau Productions, which is also involved in promoting a number of other area festivals.
That company says it has obtained a special events permit from the City of Canandaigua to host the show in Kershaw Park July 30th and 31st. Admission is free to the public.
The show will not be known as the "Canandaigua Lakefront Art Show." Beau Productions took on the festival last year after the promoter of an arts festival in that area moved the event to Webster citing issues over fees, expenses and other items.
That group, the Waterfront Art Festival, plans to be in Webster again this year, also at the end of July.
